About Me

If you’re reading this, I’ve probably given you one of my delightful little business cards.* Congratulations and you’re welcome!

WRITING  | FILM

I’ve spent the past ten years in Los Angeles working in and around the entertainment industry. Most recently, I completed UCLA’s Professional Program in Screenwriting. At the moment, I’m rewriting two feature film specs with the hopes of having at least one ready to show professionally by the end of 2013.

WRITING | WEB

To maintain the lifestyle to which I’ve grown accustomed (which includes food, shelter and Internet access), I work as a freelance web copywriter with in-depth experience in topics ranging from health care to entertainment. Keep an eye out for my weekly recaps of the upcoming season of American Idol on Idolator.

Feel free to contact me regarding freelance web copywriting projects for a quote.

TV  |  COMEDY | HORROR

In addition to feature films, I have a strong interest in one day writing for television. My natural inclination is to write comedy but at the moment, I seem preoccupied with horror peppered with dark comedic situations and jokes. Don’t let this fool you. I’m an incredibly happy person who is very unlikely to place a creepy call to you from inside your own house.

FOOD  |  HEALTH

Like most human beings, I eat and enjoy doing so. Like fewer human beings, I enjoy cooking and go through phases where I will do it consistently. I’m a recovering vegetarian with occasional relapses. I subscribe to Cooking Light magazine, track my daily Points Plus allowance relatively habitually and have become obsessed with finding good deals on ballet-based workouts in Los Angeles because it just hurts so damn good. Sometimes, if I’m feeling aimless, I will train for a marathon with a friend.

This is my story.
